At Essie & Betsy's, all clothing orders shipped within the United Kingdom qualify for free delivery, handled by our trusted logistics partner, UPS.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on a Sunday or a UK public holiday will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Order Cut-off Time

Our daily cut-off time is 3:00 PM (GMT/BST). Orders received before this time will enter the processing stage the same day; orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the following business day.

3. Delivery Timeframe

Once dispatched via UPS, packages typically arrive at addresses within the United Kingdom in 3–7 business days.

Note on Delivery Delays: The delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to seasonal peak periods, disruptions in the postal network, adverse weather conditions, issues with local courier services, or unforeseen operational circumstances. While we will monitor your shipment and assist you in checking its status with UPS, we are not liable for delays caused by the courier service provider.

4. Shipping Costs

All orders shipped within the United Kingdom are eligible for free standard delivery; there are no additional shipping charges.

5. Delivery Coverage

We provide delivery services throughout the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).

6. Logistics Partner

All deliveries within the United Kingdom are handled by UPS. Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

7. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us immediately. We will issue a full refund with no additional processing fees. If an order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled directly; in such cases, you will need to follow our standard returns policy to request a refund.

8. Shipment Tracking

Once your package has been dispatched via UPS, we will send you a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can enter this number on the official UPS website to view real-time delivery progress. If you do not receive a confirmation email, or if you encounter any issues while tracking your package, please feel free to contact our team for assistance.
